The Repair Process
Step 1 - Request Repair
Use our simple form to start the process. This puts your EMP(s) in our queue for repair, shares with us the issue and/or error codes of your EMP, and allows us to contact you and move to the next step in the repair process.
Step 2 - Prepare and Ship
Hopefully, you have the original box for your EMP. If not?... No problem. We will arrange to ship you a box designed specifically for your EMP and a return label. When available, EMPRepairs.com makes available to our customer's rental units to assist during the repair time, at reasonable rates. EMPRepairs.com will send you a specific RMA and form via email or included inside your box, with instructions for shipping your EMP to us for repair.
Step 3 - Diagnose and Estimate Cost
When your EMP arrives we will begin the process of diagnosing the issue(s) with your EMP. Once we have diagnosed the problem(s) we will communicate the issue and cost for cleaning, maintenance and Repair.
Step 4 - Repair
Once we have your authorization to perform the repair we will quickly move to get your EMP back into good working condition. Once completely clean, serviced, and repaired we will create a link for payment on repair and shipping & handling fees.
Step 5 - Repaired EMP Returned
As quickly as possible after receiving payment, we will return the device fully repaired and include a 90-day repair warranty on the part(s) and labor to give you the added security that your device was properly repaired.
